Vista Home Improvement – Roofing Contractor in West Springfield, Massachusetts

The first time we used Vista to replace our roof there were some issues we had with the company. They did make an good effort to fix the issues we had. I am happy to say that when we had to call them back almost a year later because we thought there was a issue with the roof they came out took a look and we found that the roof was not the issue. However they did offer to fix the issue which was siding at a very fair price and did a great job. The company did a great job and has earned my business/respect.

Vista Home Improvement was exceptionally easy to work with and the service from the initial contact with the sale rep to the installers was beyond expectation. They were in contact with us about the date of install as well as helpful with us ordering the hardware and other items for the remodel.The work took two days as there was some plumbing issues that they had to address. They office staff was also in contact with us to be sure we were satisfied and all went well.

It had been 7 years living in my condo and it took me that long to finally replace windows and doors. Thankfully i had a terrific friend who recommended Vista Home improvement. They were awesome in dealing with the condo association. I didn't have to do anything. That was a huge stress relief that. Install was great. Professional people and left no mess at all. Very very happy now to have my new windows and doors and can feel the difference already with the heat!
