From the start / booking the appointment with Kristina, I felt comfortable we were dealing with a communicative respectful business. Marc came to our house. Wow!! Super kind, respectful, professional, smart...couldn't be any better!!!! Look no further than this company esp with Marc leading the way.

Overpriced and terrible customer service. They installed what they said was top of the line tankless hot water heater, few months later we were having issues with it turning off and not heating water unless I went downstairs and filled the tank by pushing a button... they came looked at it, said it was the fill valve and said it wasn't covered under warranty and charged my grandmother a 90 service charge. I continued to fill by hand... The problem continued so we called them again and they came back looked at it again and said that the reservoir isn't big enough for the size of apartment and that's why it wasn't working properly... said it'd cost 950 to replace it... at that point I'm beyond mad because this unit is literally 5 months old and they were the ones who recommended that size. I told them I was all set with paying 950 so they left. Few weeks later my grandmother had another 90 service charge after the guy told me I wasn't going to get a service charge that time. To this day this unit isn't working properly and still have to fill by hand. I would never give them another dollar of mine and I recommend you don't either. I wouldn't even give the 1 star

We had a bath planet shower/tub unit installed in our bathroom. Anthony our installer was “top notch” . He new his product and the completed job was nothing but perfection. The communication from the office was good. They kept us informed throughout the project of who and when someone was coming.
