In addition to leaking if also directed the water down the front of our house which is stone. Algae and moss were a constant problem. Summit Point came up with a custom solution which included making a change to the roof line in 3 spaces. Not only does the roof look great but so does the front of my home. I was also pleased that they replaced all of the exhaust vents and updated the plumbing vent. We are very pleased with the end result which is guaranteed for 50 years and is transferable. This is my second job with them and have already recommended to my neighbor. |
