And now that CS Roofing has responded here see below I have more to add: liable... The 99 approval is from the roof fabric manufacturer, Duro-last, who inspected their top cover only. CS Roofing installed ALL the underlying insulation in a negligent manner and the insulation installation errors are what is causing the problem, The faulty installation has been reviewed by another contractor and, indeed, the Initial CS Roofing foreman. Bob Hoag, now on "sick leave" who both agree the insulation was improperly installed. The warranty continues to be extended by law, I have been told , until the problem is fixed and, then and only then the clock starts.. and , further, "I've been told, that's common knowledge in the industry.
