Homeowners do not have time to make comments like this that are not true. We live busy lives and expect people to show up to do the job they promised, especially when it's critical, and not take other work on instead just because it's more profitable at the moment.These people have no moral conscience and should not be in business. They obviously over book and then don't care about the consequences.
