Had a bad roof leak and called them needing someone to come out ASAP and take a look and give me a price. Gentleman that answered the phone said he would check with field people and could probably have someone out within a couple of hours and would call me right back. 2 1/2 hours went by and I had to call them back. I was told "we can come out and repair it but you will be charged for two trips". I said to her "well I was told you give free estimates" and she said "yes we do, is that what you want?" and I told her that is what I told the guy before. She said "ok the earliest would be two days later". Wow thanks for completely changing what you told me earlier and for your sympathetic attitude to my desperate need for help. I called another company and he came right out and looked at my roof and gave me a price.
