I own a commercial building in Brighton that had roof leaks. RCI was slow to respond. Took a few days actually. The leaks that "they fixed" returned a week later. I don't think they actually did anything and neither did the other roofing company that came to fix the roof for the second time. Claimed to be here 4 1/2 hours but no one seemed to notice they were here until they came in to have the work order signed. Invoice was 750 and I just paid it since I'm not one to argue.
