NorthGate helped me with storm damage and Dave was a amazing from start to finish. He was detailed and helped me through the entire process. Dave always returned messages left and answer all my questions in entirety. I can be a pain with questions but he was patient and took the time over and over again to make sure I fully understood what was going on. Once we were through the claims process, Dave worked with me to make sure the install was good with my schedule. The installers were great. Protected the outside of the house and cleaned up great. Roof looks great and I appreciate the great work and professionalism of Dave and Northgate. Thank you all.

Kelsey was a fantastic help to us! She showed up on time, he was fantastic at explaining the process and was able to answer all my questions, she was very knowledgeable. RIcky was also great and came by to make sure everything was done correctly and that the yard was left without any nails or trash! They even cleaned out the gutters! I couldn't be happier with how easy they made this process for us. This is how customer service should be! I am looking forward to working with them in the future for another home project.

We had our roof replaced in March 2020. The process was fairly painless, they took pictures and dealt with the insurance company and all we had to pay was our deductible. Our salesperson was great and took care of everything. The roofing crew was great and they cleaned everything up! We would definitely recommend NorthGate Construction!
