| Andrea O'neil | These people advertise that they have been in business since 1955. So, I make an appointment on Saturday for them to come out today Monday between 9 and 10 am. They will call before they come. By 9:54 I had not heard from them so I call. A woman answers the phone, I explain who I am. She tells me that she forgot my appointment. Really? So, I ask what that means. She says it means they will have to try and get out to us later today or tomorrow. Really? So, I rearrange my whole day to be here for them to come out and snake our plumbing. And that is what I get? So, I say to her, that I will have to get back to her because I need to think about this for a minute as now I am doubting their reliability and of coarse am quite frustrated. So, what does she do? Says, "Whatever" and hangs up the phone on me. Now who was at fault here? She didn't even remotely sound sorry or try to make it up to me or anything. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. What happened to legitimate businesses? Does anybody own an honest reliable company anymore? |
