I called Ugly Shingles and they were very responsive and did exactly what they said when they said. The guys were friendly and clean cut. Price seemed high, but I did not compare prices with any other roof cleaner. The only thing they didn't do was to call when they were on their way, which I had requested. But I did not have to be home when the roof was cleaned. Roof looks great, too. They cleaned the front half of the roof and I have a small ranch style home. |

But my real issue is this - they don't seem to want to interact with their customers. Couldn't get a live person to talk to me other than the answering service. And within a week of paying full price for my cleaning I received a postcard offering 10 off any previous quote. Couldn't get them on the phone to tell me if I qualified retroactively. Then I got a second postcard a couple of weeks later offering 100 off any quote. Hmmm. Still couldn't get them to call me back. They're either bad marketers maybe remove people who just paid you from your discount offers list or just bad businesspeople. Either way, can't recommend doing business with them now. |
