Ken Schroeder	November 7th, 1012: We chose Advantage to restore our two cottages with new siding and roofing after a bad storm. I recently had a patio door installed and found out Advantage skipped a step when completing the contracted work. They did not use any house wrap or flash over the windows on a framed part of the porch. This caused water damage on the bottom portion of the porch. This is a clear breech of the contract we signed. It specifically stated the house would be wrapped to protect it from moisture. I called and talked to one of the associates at the company more than two weeks ago to voice the breech and no response. This is poor negligent behavior and unacceptable.
