| Jon Eschberger | I contacted Macomb Water Heater on Wednesday about replacing my hot water heater. I was able to obtain an immediate quote over the phone from John. Although he told me he could have someone out the same day, I set up the time for Thursday. I received a call on Thursday morning saying the installer was arriving in 25 minutes. Sure enough Chris arrived right at that time. Chris was very professional. He came in to check out the area for the new tank. He told me he would be there about 2 hours and he would have it all completed with the new tank connected. Chris finished up in the 2 hours and went over all the operational functions of the tank from re-lighting the pilot as well as adjusting the temp if needed. We took care of the bill at the end and the price quoted to me by John was exactly the final price I paid. I would recommend Macomb Water Heater to anyone in need of any repair or replacement work. Thank you Chris, John and Alex for everything you did to get us back up and running so quickly. Great job!!! |
