I called made an appointment for free estimate the owner scheduled to come out between 10-12, he never showed. I waited there from 9:50 am till 5 pm, I started calling just to confirm the apt. at 11:20 and JJ never answered. I even left messages just asking if he would let me know if he was just not interested in the job. I think it was very unprofessional, so if your looking for professionalism look elsewhere.
