| Tammy H | Awesome service. Jason S. was great. Explained everything he did etc. open 24/7 for calling in. My appointment was set up for 10-12 but was told if possible they would come early. I got a text and email when on their way and they were an hour earlier than expected which was awesome when your basement drain is backing up and your house smells awful!! Email has picture of tech they are sending which is nice so you aren't letting a stranger into your home. Great experience! I had no idea what to expect for price but from friends told me it was very good 272. which includes trip fee. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter if I have plumbing issues ever again. |
