Window company didn't send a couple trim pieces, so a week later they were out to finish the job. Very happy with the new windows and shutters. I'd highly recommend them. She makes a promise, and makes every effort to keep it, and keeps the customer informed every step of the way. Their installation manager, Mitchell, knows his stuff. Recently had two windows replaced today 08/09/2019 and Mitchell really impressed me with his knowledge and craftsmanship.
