| Shane Wimer | I called to have a roof estimate done. Blaire took all my information and set up an appointment, then, they never showed up. I called asking if they planned on bidding the job or not. Blaire and Jason acted like they didnt know what was going on. Blaire told me he thought I was trying to set up an appointment with one of his collegues despite saying "we will see you tomorrow" after setting up the appointment. So they came 5 days later. I watched Blaire show up to my house on my CCTV cams. He never got out of his truck, never used a tape measure never even looked at my roof. I came outside to greet him. Again he made no attempt to make any measurements and his repair options were not solutions to any of the problems I was having with my roof. The estimate they gave just to do some patch work was OVER HALF the cost of what I was quoted to put on a new roof from another roofing contractor! A complete waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs!! |
