I was highly disappointed in the communication and quote Dylan have me. He quoted my job for 2500 without EVER going on my roof. Then I was told an additional 2200+ was needed for more repairs. I asked for a detailed description before any more work was done and never received it. I spoke with Dylan's staff Kelly who said I had no balance. I then received a bill 2 weeks later. Dylan was unprofessional and blaming his staff and myself for miscommunication. With all his experience his quote was off by 100.
