I thought the permit fee was included in the whole price but apparently not.. | RL GR | We had our roof replaced and were assured by the staff and the installers that because of the superior ridge venting they use, ice damning would not be an issue. I had wanted to address the pitch of the roof prior to replacing it because of the ice damning occurring in a specific area. They recommended against it. They even recommended we remove our heat stripping in that area and put it in the gutter where it will be better served. 10 days later it started leaking. Fast forward 3 weeks, and I am looking at over 10,000 in damage to the interior of my home and climbing. We will likely be looking at a full kitchen remodel by the time this is done. Hanson's was unwilling to help with anything. So this double lifetime warranty they speak of is only to cover.... I guess I have no clue what it covers. We have not heard back from them in over a week after multiple voicemails and emails. |
