Forejt Family Builders LLC. – Roofing Contractor in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan

They bid me a low price for my roof, took forever to get it done, didn't do the whole thing that we agreed on. Skipped the porch roof then told me that wasn't part of the price. They left a pile of scraps and debris in the yard. I had the city ordinance talk to me and told me I had to get rid of the pile to avoid a fine. I can understand if someone underbids a job, they could've just communicated to me that it costs more than the original bid, I'd much rather pay a little extra than get treated like dirt and scammed. They didn't put the trim or skirting around the roof, sent a pic in a text, told me the roof was finished so we paid. I got home and it wasn't done. Took a whole month for them to come back and do that part. Not too long after that I had major leaking between the attached garage roof and the house. Tried calling a bunch of times and leaving messages, emailing, everything... no response at all. Now I have water damage inside of my garage wall. I really wish I would've taken them to small claims court but didn't hav the money or really know how to go about taking them to court. Now I am stuck trying to fix this and really regretting it all. The roof still leaks and I can't afford to get someone else to come out and fix it. Don't trust this company!!!
