| David Garijo | I don't even know where to start. 4 weeks to receive and install two windows. Ok fine. 1500 down payment on two 400 windows, ok fine also. Two months later after multiple attempts to get an answer I find that they are just ordering the windows. Another 5 weeks after I had to threaten they sent a single roofer to install these two second story windows. The windows they bought were too small and The roofer had no clue how to make them work. I had to help him temporarily re-install my windows until I could figure something out. I just ordered my own windows and paid someone legit to install them. I got no refund and not even a call back from Metal Masters. Not one call from them in this 4 month fiasco. Not sure how they're still in business. Stay away from them if you value your money and sanity and your home. |

Said i would get a refund for the boards not used. Called them multiple times with no real answer, just run around. 3 months later and nothing. I will not use this company again. Be warned... |
