My experience started off great but ended poorly. Terrible craftsmanship, they had to come back after 6 months and redo everything they did incorrectly previously, by their own admission. Terrible management, clueless contractor without general business skills. Terrible communication, constant excuses about delays and interruptions. Within the year they "worked" on my house, they hired laborers without sufficient knowledge or skills, fired them, and then rehired them. Took over a year to repair a tiny section of siding, they continued to extend timelines that cost me more money. They did not stand behind their work. They were paid in full and didn't complete the job, lesson learned. This was specific to their new branch in Traverse City, but Mitch from Grand Rapids did not stand behind his work or his team either.
