Mr. John Dinardo "Mr. Nice Guy" did not turn out to be such a nice guy after all. When individuals hire a contractor to do work, it should be done the way the homeowners want it done with specific instructions. Not so with this guy. Over a year ago, a call to him as well as text messages was sent, and as of today he has not came back to complete the work he was contracted to do. I had to hire a drywall company to come and tear down the upstairs bedroom walls and redo his screwed up job which was an added cost to us of 6500.00. Now there is a water leak in the ceiling over the kitchen sink as well as water leaks in our living room ceiling by our front window. My advice to those reading my review, run in the other direction. We expected work each day to start early as possible, not to show up at 3:30 in the late afternoon and leave at 5 pm. BTW, he was promptly paid, but we were not promptly serviced. He doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating

We had preferred home help us on your hail claim and now your basement flooded so we called john, john and his crew came out the same day to dry out our home. Thank you so much.
