He recently helped my family, fix some things we needed fixed that was not even his obligation to fix. The problems we had was due to one of his ex employees that used his company name and credentials when we hired him. this person left us hanging, did horrible work, never finished the job, and basically took money from our family. After reaching out to Jim he did what he could do to help us fix the situation. The employees he sent out were very polite and understanding of the situation and did a great job to help relieve some of our stress. I would like to say than you Jim, thank you to the workers Jim sent to us, and I cant wait as a homeowner to have work done by your company in the future. If you want a company the cares about people, not just the money, you must go with CHI. We are still trying to figure out how to get this project done because of him, have all the materials but no one to help us finish, not because of CHi but because of whom I speak of next, who did nothing but take our money. ALERT, if you are consulted by a Chris Millisor, who claims to have worked for this company or is currently under contract with them, please contact this page and let the owner know. He has no affiliation with this company and hasn't for some time. So please do not get taken advantage of as we did.
