I have worked in a roofing distributing business for over twenty years. When it came time to have my roof replaced, I went with the best choice in the metro area; Born Carpentry. They far exceeded our expectations. Chad wanted us to be 100 satisfied with our new roof, and we are! His crew did an excellent job of applying the roof. They were very professional and courteous. They left our yard absolutely spotless, after they finished the job. We could not be happier with how our new roof looks. My sister had Born Carpentry remodel her bathroom. It looks like it could be in Architectural Digest magazine! My other sister has since hired Born Carpentry to remodel her kitchen-family room and master bath/ bedroom. She feels she is in excellent hands with Chad at the helm. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the remodeling project and has an extensive list of trusted employees and companies he uses, to achieve the very best results. Chad is an honest, trustworthy man with a good work ethic. He is an excellent communicator and responds to any questions that you have in a timely manner. He puts the needs of his clients first and foremost. Born Carpentry is a top-notch company.

Born Carpentry, and Jesse specifically, did an excellent job working with my insurance company, who did NOT want to pay for my hail damage. After two failed attempts working with other roofers Born evaluated our roof and determined the entire roof should be replaced due to the damage. They then got the insurance company to agree after denying twice and the claim was finally settled. And that was only the beginning. They kept me informed through the entire process, showed up and completed the job on time and as agreed 1 day, and even did a few extras they weren't required to do. Clean up was also excellent. Highly recommend them for any of your exterior home needs. Jesse and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Definately 5 stars!!!

Last summer after a substantial hail storm I had Born carpentry out to do my roof. Everyone I dealt with was awesome to work with throughout the whole thing. The workers were here early both days and stayed long hours to get my roof replaced and cleaned up after themselves. 2 days that is all it took and I especially liked the fact I didn't have any loose nails in in my driveway when they left. Three of my neighbors had their roofs done by Born carpentry after they saw how my roof was done and the professionalism of the company. The storm chasers absolutely do not compare to this local company that actually cares about making customers happy.
