| Seth K | Disappointed in my experience. Had them out on Friday, April 6th in the early afternoon for a consult and to work towards a quote. Spent almost 3 hours of my time going through various details and discussing the scope of roofing, siding project. Also looked into a front entry door. Was told to expect a quote back in two weeks. At the end of the 3rd week, without hearing anything back, I left a voicemail with the office. As of today, we still have not had any other communication. Just wish I knew if there was not an interest in the large job, or if the quote is taking a bit longer than normal. Communication is key. |
