Terrible customer service/experience. Very rude and off putting. First phone call, he initially would not even acknowledge the idea of coming out to provide an estimate for the job, because my cell phone had a different area code, despite telling him that the property was in the Twin Cities. Finally we got past that ordeal and he was going to be in touch this weekend to schedule an appointment. That never happened and he just randomly showed up outside of our house without notification on a Sunday and then called and asked if it was a good time. We figured, why not, if he was in the area, let's get the estimate. He then came in the house and said that they typically provide estimates for the work needing to be done and then will work with the insurance company on any differences. As soon as I informed him that I was in the process of getting estimates to compare to what insurance was planning to cover, he simply walked out of the house, without even saying anything else, just walked out. Then without even looking at us said, "no sorry, I can't do this". Nothing else, just walked out to his vehicle. Before he got in his vehicle I asked if this is how he normally treats his customers and he said, "no it's just more involved then he was expecting". Which is hilarious considering they are supposed to be a home remodeling company. If you want anything accomplished, I suggest looking elsewhere. Very rude individual.
