| Zach Anderson | I had reserved a backhoe from these guys a week in advance and when I got there to pick to pick it up after opening about 10 minutes late I had to sit around and wait for it to get back for about a half hour before I went and asked the guy about it. Once I asked about it they told me that it was on a two day rental I that I had the smaller machine reserved, but when I reserved it I specifically asked for the KX-91 with a 10ft digging depth. Lucky Princeton rental had a machine there that I could rent, and they were amazing they don't charge for trailers and even help you tie down. Hands down the worst rental experience I've had was from just ask rental. |
