| Kev 1 | Very poor quality work, had to have others fix what they did. Unfortunately found out after we hired them that they have a long history of issues that quickly emerged as we were trying to get a project finished. The owner, Eric L. Howard, we were told by a local inspector apparently rearranged his name when he reemerged in the business. We were told he had built a reputation under his name that was hard to shake. Again, people came out of the woodwork warning us unfortunately after we had already hired him and we were trying to figure out how to proceed. He was adamant that his work met state minimums he seemed to take pride that his guys met the bottom minimums, as I was adamant we receive at least decent quality when he had promised us "leader quality" of which we had paid for. I can't recommend him or his business for any size or scope of work. |
