I spoke with Kirk to let him know we were purchasing the property and to find out information on the install. I also wanted to see where the new mound was going to go and he was unsure. When it came time to put the new system in we were up north. Our yard is wooded so without tree and stump removal their may have not been very many options for the mound to go. However without communication from Flom we didn't get the chance to find a spot that worked for us. Him or his crew ran over our garden and an apple tree. They also put a big gouge in one of our trees from one of their machines. They left garbage and packing peanuts around the yard as well. |
| Jessica Wermerskirchen | I came home from the cabin to a giant septic mound in the middle of my front yard. On 2 1/2 acres, there were plenty of other options for it to go. We never had any communication from Flom about where the mound was going, even though we paid for it upfront when we bought the home. The decision was made by Flom and the guy who sold our house. If it was a matter of removing a few trees first, we would have happily done so. They also dug up an apple tree, rhubarb, squash, and pumpkin plants. Again, with no communication. After the job was finished, they left garbage all over the place. Some kind of silver styrofoam packing peanuts, and black plastic drain tile tubing. |
