| Mkmr G | We have used Superior Mechanical in the past and just wanted to have our furnace checked before winter. Imagine our surprise when after 20 minutes, we were handed a 185 bill. By the way, the furnace was fine. This was over twice the amount we had paid the year before. Apparently, SM had changed billing amounts as of January 2019 but never bothered to inform existing customers. We were extremely disappointed not only in the steep increase in prices but also the failure to notify loyal customers of these increases. We will no longer be using their services. |

They give you an estimate and when the bill comes it is twice as much and not valid charges.If you dispute it they will threaten to take you to court and scare you into paying the high bill. Take a look at the HUNDREDS OF LAWSUITS they have filed against there customers. DONT LET THAT BE YOU!!!!!! |
