This experience of having our roof and siding assessed and replaced could not have gone better. All along the way Tim kept us informed and managed the project from start to finish so we did not have to get entangled with details. When I had a question or needed a quick refresher as to where we stood in the process, I could always reach Tim and no question was ever dismissed. I highly recommend working with Tim!

Legacy Restoration did an excellent job installing my roof, from beginning to end. The first roofing company that gave me an estimate was just not following through. They were slow in dealing with the insurance company and were not getting the job done. As soon as I contacted Legacy Restoration, they sent out Tim Farrand as my service representative. I could tell right away that Tim and Legacy Restoration were going to do the job right. And so they did! As I had questions, Tim would respond with answers for me right away. Also, the insurance company was not going to cover the whole replacement. But Legacy Restoration has a whole department with many years experience dealing with insurance companies. So they did get the insurance company to pay for the entire replacement. The Owens Corning architectural shingles that were used are high quality and just beautiful! The entire job was done in just one day, and the clean up was perfect. Legacy Restoration is a company that you can trust to be honest and to do the job right.

I watched a crew knock out a roof today like it was no problem. Super fast. Didn't even take the entire day. I was so damn impressed I decided to leave a review and they didn't even touch my house.
