We never were kept in the loop about what was going on and felt like we had to beg for information everytime we wanted to know when stuff was going to get done. The railing turned out nice, the painter was a great guy and kept everything clear of paint but the paint didn't turn out. We asked for a certain finish for our paint and didn't get that or the quality. The paint rubs off with little pressure after months of being on the wall. It cost way too much for what we got to be left unsatisfied. |

| Jeanne McLeod | So glad I encountered Minnesota Home Improvements while at a home show in St. Cloud, MN. I live in a house that was built in 1930. Both the basement windows and two entrance doors needed replacements to help keep the cold out. So in 2015 I hired this company to install six double pane insulated glass/vinyl basement windows. Then in 2018 they installed the two entrance doors. Their salesmen spent much time with me figuring out what would be the best door selection. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable. Their office staff very politely answered my calls. The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. I smile when I see these beautiful improvements to my house. And I graciously accept the compliments I have received. I love the added warmth - from the windows and doors and also from the staff at Minnesota Home Improvements. |
