Bayport Roofing and Siding – Roofing Contractor in St Louis Park, Minnesota

Would not recommend! My uncle used them and there were SO many issues! They are pushy, rude and definitely unreliable. My uncle had SHINGLES straight FALLING off the roof after they did work on it. He had the worst time communicating with them- when he did they were deceitful as all. The ball started rolling when BBB was mentioned. If I could give 0 stars I would. What kind of company tries to take advantage of hard working people?!? Readers beware I'm shocked to see a decent review for them.

Nope! The gentleman who came out was nice and friendly. The roofing team didn't understand one simple question I asked..they broke a piece of the garage roof off and didn't even say anything. Also, there were a big bag of cans in our back yard that they took. Didn't even ask. Still found nails and staples laying around. If you choose this company, be very watchful. This was my mother's roof who has MS. I think the reason the garage roof was messed up is because they were slamming the big packages of shingles on the roof without using two men to set them down. So, I wonder if anything happened to the house roof then.

I cannot imagine a better company to do business with than Bayport. Perfectionists in every way, going way above the call of duty, they stayed on top of the project - from start to finish. I wish that every contractor I'd ever dealt with would have been as honest as this company. Everything was completed on schedule, on time, with excellent customer and great communication. Highly recommend!!
