| Sandra Aaberg | I was very unsatisfied with Bangsund Construction. I hired them to put new windows in my house, a new sliding glass patio door and sheet rock an upstairs room. When they were finished, I found multiple issues... Nails in every room, embedded into the carpet/rugs, uneven caulking around the windows, windows in one upstairs room had I fished wood trim and not level to the wall. The mudding done to the drywall was uneven and bumpy. I had them come back out to correct all the issues, found that my window in the bathroom is cracked. Bangsund stated that they would order a new one. It's been almost two months and have not heard from them. The windows are the lowest quality, hard to open and cheap vinyl. The sliding glass door does not slide properly nor does the screen door. Upon looking at the outside caulking to the windows, really lumpy caulking.. Really thick in some places and too thin in others. When asked if the owners of the company would be okay with this type of work in their home... They said, yes. I am really unhappy and would not recommend this company. |
