Our pet sitter contacted us to let us know that our AC wasn't working and Broussard had someone at our house that day. Our unit was very old and we readily expected that it would need to be replaced. However, Broussard was able to get it working and it lasted the rest of the season. I contacted Broussard again this spring when we were ready to replace the unit. We approved the quote on April 2 and the unit was delivered and installed by April 8. The crew was professional and were in and out within three hours. They checked both the heat and AC to make sure it was working before they left. They also reached out to me this week to make sure everything was working and we were satisfied. Due to the crazy spring weather we've had, we've been able to use both the heat and AC for extended periods and everything is working great! They are now my go-to for HVAC and plumbing. I highly recommend. |
