The fixtures took twice as long as they promised me to come in and when they did, the kits were wrong and incomplete. The homeowners were obviously not happy with me. The most recent visit, I paid over 1000 for two bathroom faucets which they told me would take 3-4 days to come in. Two weeks later, I finally got a call. When I went to pick them up and explained my dissatisfaction to Elise, her reply was “I'll let the rep know”. I again asked how they were going to make it right and the response was again, “I'll let the rep know”. DO NOT SHOP HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND PRICES ARE HIGHER THAN ALL THE OTHER SUPPLIERS. |
