The lady at customer service asked me “what kind of questions do you have?” I informed her what I was looking for and she said she could show me some options. I was interested in composite or fiberglass pre hung exterior doors. She showed me a cheep wood door and frame. I told her again what I was there for. She then said she would have to order those. She offered no help with selection or order placement....so I walked out and gave up.
