K Jett Services – Roofing Contractor in Belton, Missouri

We just had K Jett come out to our house to fix a slow drain in a bathtub. When the technician arrived the bathtub was actually draining, just slow. After 2 hours of auguring and what have you, the drain stopped working completely. Not that the technician explained that to me at the time. Just told me that there was black stuff in the drain not that he had left the drain worse than how he found it. He didn't really have any idea what needed to be done. Also left the bathroom a mess, one would think he would have cleaned up after himself, or put something down to prevent getting the floors all dirty in the first place. Generally I would expect a call from the owner or more experienced personnel to discuss next steps. When I found out the drain wasn't working at all, I called in and hydro jetting was offered to me. We'd already spent over 200 so 150 per hour more didn't seem very appealing. We were desperate to get the drain fixed now that it wasn't working at all so they scheduled another technician. That person came out and basically told us if the auguring didn't fix it the hyrdo jetting wouldn't either. It didn't feel like anyone was communicating and made their visits a complete waste of my time and money and now will be even more money to fix the drain that won't drain at all now. I'm seething with frustrating at this company and would not recommend. In my opinion they have neither the experience or capability to resolve plumbing issues correctly.

We just had K Jett Services out at our house this morning to help us with a slow drain on our kitchen sink. David was our technician and he was absolutely top notch. He was a genuine, nice guy and knocked out the problem pretty quickly. The next issue we have we will definitely be requesting David. Thank you again! Abby & Vince

Was told by another company that all of the sewage pipes in our yard would need to be replaced, costing over 10k. Anthony came out and cleared our pipes of the roots, and told us that after that was done, it all looks good, and no pipes need to be replaced at all. He was also punctual, and very easy to talk to. Will definitely be using K Jett again in the future!
