The Cook Roofing crew came to our VFW Post today, in Ridgedale, Missouri, to repair our aging metal roof. The crew impressed me as one of the most professional work crews I have encountered. They arrived, and after brief introductions, went to work and proceeded to complete the work quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. They sealed every seam and every nail in our roof, and paid very close attention to insure they repaired every possible spot a leak could occur. The crew was courteous, and I hardly knew they were on the premises as they obviously came to work, and not socialize or waste time. I am confident now that our roof will no longer leak, and that I received the best possible repair job. And the wonderful part is that Mr. Cook did all this out of the goodness of his heart, and free of charge .. just to show his support for veterans, and for our VFW Post. I was completely amazed that Mr. Cook spent the money, material, and labor hours, just to help our VFW Post, and certainly that he did such a first-class job for us, even though he wasn't being paid for the work. . Mark Cook is truly an awesome person, and shows his support for veterans through his actions, not merely his words. I sincerely thank Mr. Cook, and commend him and his crew for the fine job they did in repairing our roof, and for helping a small VFW Post when we were in need of help. Called about my roof leaking and Mark was out that day to take a look. He found the spot that was bad, gave us a really reasonable price way less than our deductible and came out the very next day to repair it. Would highly recommend!
