Masters General Contracting – Roofing Contractor in Chesterfield, Missouri

I was referred to the company by my insurance agent a total mistake. Do not hire this company you will have nails and screws all over your driveway resulting in a flat tire such as mine. They came to my residents a total 10 time for what should be for contracting company general roof and gutter install. Sloppy cuts on my gutters a rude owner and salesman. Beware Tim is very pleasant when giving you a quote but when being contestant on his crew work he becomes defensive. Shotty work and explains why they changed names before. I know they are not going to pay for my tire caused by neglect of not picking nails and my inconvenience. The point of my review is to inform future customers before hiring such a incompetent company that doesn't hold employees to their faults. Future advice for Tim, when speaking with your customer you may want to watch your tone, looking at previous reviews and my experience you have a hard time with this. The next customer will not be so kind when you do attempt to talk to them the way you did me over the PHONE! Jason from GLOBE green life insurance who is great agent. If you are reading this to protect your reputation, you may want to recommend a different company. Also depending on how TIm wakes up he refers to himself as the salesman and had to find out he is really the owner. Tim and Camille are not it!

Very unprofessional. We bought our house with a warranty from Master's. Within the first month of moving in, it started to leak, exactly where it did previously! Tim was nice in the beginning, but then said it wasn't his problem. He said it was a manufactures warranty problem, which he wasn't responsible for doing the work to get it fixed! I called the manufacture and sent many photos over to them. They said it was installed incorrectly! Master's refused to help us. We even contacted our insurance company and had an adjuster come out and unfortunately our policy doesn't cover bad workmanship. Now we have to get a whole new roof because their lack of help and neglect!

Masters General Contracting has done multiple things on my home. First was the roof replacement. They were reliable and quick when removing my old roof and building my new roof. The job was completed in one day and we were very happy with the whole process. We went back to Masters to have our siding replaced. Again, they were professional and reliable. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from them. Masters is my go to company for all home improvements.
