Days after a piece of my roof was blown off in a storm, Jerry was here to assess it, and cover it to help protect it from further damage. He later came to my home, sat at my kitchen table on a Saturday morning, and discussed roofing options, as well as guide me through the process, despite a house full of guests, and my hectic household. He was very helpful with the insurance company, and was very helpful in picking out roofing color. Communication with the company and Jerry was seamless and they were always quick to respond and keep me up to date. On the day the roof was installed, there was no one here when I left for work that morning, and when I returned home that evening I found a new roof, everyone was gone, and everything was completely cleaned up. It was amazing... and extremely hard to believe that this all happened in a day.
