When I call them back for warranty repairs, they either did not show up or wouldn't call back. I have called another reputable roofer who has discovered that they have done a very poor and dangerous job of installing the roof tile. Many tiles are not nailed down. The ridge tile is just sitting on the roof. I have had to pay some one to fix all of their shoddy work. You folks that didn't get a bid from them--consider yourself lucky that you used some one else. |
