A great experience with this company from the start. My original call was answered by a very friendly and helpful lady which made for a great first impression. Kyle had come out to my home to look at some problem areas with my roof. When he called to discuss specifics with me, he was extremely informative and very detailed in helping me start the process of an insurance claim due to wind damage to my roof. He walked me through it step by step and stayed in constant communication with me. He was great about meeting the adjuster and was on time and very professional. To make a long story short, my new roof looks amazing, was done quicker than expected and I will be using Abernathy again for my future house projects. I contacted several roofing companies to look at my roof. Tom with Abernathy promptly got back to me with an estimate where the other companies took 1-2 weeks. Tom was never pushy trying to get our business and when I called with any questions he was always quick with an answer. We last minute decided to change shingle color which they were okay with where as other companies may have made it a big deal. On top of that they were quick to get to work within a couple days of putting a deposit down the roof was finished and looks great! If your looking for a new roof this is your company and Tom is your guy the stress of buying a new roof was totally eliminated.
