| Dewayne Joy | First and foremost. 27 anchor bolts, either not seated correctly, or concrete honey comb. They did not address until I talked to owner. Poor toe in framing, I could put many pictures I have saved on this. Our house was not built on time, although we ran into multiple problems. They did come in on budget. But wait a minute, black top only to house, not all the way up drive. Our house does not heat or cool correctly in the master bedroom, of all places!!! I don't believe the unit is big enough, or the house is not built right! We where suppose to have a attic fan with a variable speed. To find out when we turned it on. It got so hot, it could of caught , unless I caught it. Still do not have the correct fan. The concrete is probably the worse I have seen, I know concrete cracks, but this is ridiculous. Also the concrete crew, where just about to get in a fight with themselves. Until I shut them down, and asked who needs fired, or go home. The painter was so sketchy, they wouldn't let him fix repairs unless we where there, because they don't trust him. We had a great salesman, then something had to happen, and Tom took over. Multiple mistakes, poor management, owner needs a better personality. I really like working with his son Ben. But as usual no follow up. We would not recommend them to anybody. |
