G&G Restoration – Roofing Contractor in Lee’s Summit, Missouri

Replaced my roof about 4 years ago, said the shingles had a 30 year warranty. Asked for the warranty papers and he said he would hold onto them if I ever had any problems just get a hold of him. But now I have a leak and phone numbers don't work, company website doesn't work.

G&G Restoration was recommended to us by a friend & replaced our roof and guttering after a hail storm in the Spring of 2017. Geremiah and his crew were professional every step of the way. He was very thorough in his assessment and honest. I didn't ever feel like he was trying to take advantage of our insurance company or us. He worked with them and took care of every part of that process so we didn't have to. He followed through with everything he said he would and did a great job of keeping us in the loop so we weren't left to wonder where we were at in the process. He always answered my calls with questions and was kind and courteous. His roofing crew worked so hard and had our roof completed quickly. The foreman was on-site the entire time and we always had his ear if we needed it. They picked up all of their nails and everything was left in great order. There were lots of signs from other roofing companies in yards across town and we were one of the first ones to have our new roof in place. I can't imagine a better experience and we highly recommend G&G.

He worked as our advocate with the insurance company to get our roof and siding replaced due to storm damage. The work was completed on schedule and our property was cleaned-up beautifully.
