Waited from April to the end of June for just the repair and roofing of the shop. Waited another month to have them return for gutters on the shop which still are not done. Still waiting for that and my house roof and gutters, since April when he told me it would happen within two weeks. I texted once on July 4 to ask if I could get a price my house roof would cost, whenever he got a chance. Was told it's the 4th rudely. Never got a quote. Called once a week ago to ask if we were on schedule. Was told he couldn't get anything done if all his customers wanted to know when their roof would get done. And texted yesterday asking if just the gutters could happen soon since my shop building keeps flooding. I wa told and I quote "Out of 200 roofs you are the biggest pain in my ass" unquote. At this point I am beyond angry. I don't even know if I will ever get the gutters on the shop that I've already paid for. But Rusty Klotz Roofing is more than fired. If you live in the area and thought about using him, please don't bother. Especially for construction, where the work was fairly mediocre. They didn't even want to put in the braces on the structure, we had to insist so it would just sag. I have been more than patient. I've got another contractor coming today for a quote. Every house on my street has already been done since the hail damage. Three months and I still don't even have materials or a start date. Customer service is non-existent and extremely rude. This has been my experience with this contractor. The message below is the final straw. And this guy doesn't work with the crew anymore. He solely does quotes and responds to customers. Apparently he is terrible at that job. One star rating is generous.
