The roof looks great and he followed up with us to make sure everything was taken care of. He even came back and fixed/caulked one little exposed nail even months after the install, so they stand behind their work. I am also retired military and our GAF rebate check came within the 6-8 weeks as promised. Overall a great experience for us. |
| Bob Upton | Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing! We received a quote from Joe for a new roof in June 2016. Joe mentioned GAF brand offered a refund of 250 towards our deductible given I was a military veteran. I stated my choice was Certain Teed and ask him to check and verify if Certain Teed would make the same offer? On two separate occasions he verbally stated Certain Teed would also give us back 250 1/2 of our deductible given I was a veteran. As of today 10/28/2016 no check has been received. |
