| Blake Travels | I actually used to work for this company when they first came to Springfield MO. I was a door to door greeter/appointment setter for Erie. I can definitely understand people's frustration with Erie not doing their job also. The company will get really mad at you as an employee if you aren't pushing past the appointment setting and sales expectations. They will also threaten to fire you if you say anything they don't like or agree with. So yes this company has or had potential but how it's run especially with how some of the management is can be a massive deterrent for success. I guess the one positive thing is I got a really nice jacket working in my position lol... |

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, cleanup could have been a little more detailed, but both the installation crew and I were ready to bring the day to an end. I think if requested they would have stayed for a more complete clean up, so it is not on them. |
