They called me back on my request within 20 minutes and TJ was on my roof the same day to assess the damage and offered a free estimate. I was on the schedule for the next afternoon for my repair, and TJ offered to perform the work without me being there and send me an invoice. He text me before, during, and after pictures of the damage so I could see for myself. He even sent pics showing how he installed the new shingles properly and how the original shingles were not, due to improper nail placement. The finished product speaks for itself as does his professionalism and excellent communication. If you're in need of roofing work, Midwest Construction Group is who you need to call!
