Mike Lohrman	We recently used MLK Construction for some "small", but important repairs to the exterior of our house. They added/repaired/tightened, and caulked window wraps on our windows. One was missing completely and water was getting in. They also replaced the damaged rear downspout, and patched some areas of our front built-in gutter, which I think was leaking and rotting our cornice. It took a couple months to get on their schedule, but when it was scheduled, they came as promised and finished quickly. They took and shared many before/after pics.
